Annual priest’s wives retreat of St Josaphat Eparchy took place at Christ the Bridegroom monastery, Burton Ohio, on September 30^th . This year they reflected on Jesus’ call to us about “one thing needful” in our relationships with Him — union with Him in prayer. As an example, Mother Theodora used personalities of Martha and Mary and how often priest’s wives are expected to be both at the same time, which can be both challenge and grace. Sr Iliana shared with the ladies her personal experience of growing up in a priest family, giving some useful tips.
