In order to enable our people to seek justice and pastoral care I am happy to inform you that Supreme Signatura Apostolica granted our request and now Archeparchial Tribunal of Philadelphia is handling first instance cases for our Saint Josaphat Eparchy.
The procedure will be as follows:
1. Submit Information for Tribunal Study (Request the form from your pastor) to the attention of Very. Rev. Steven Paliwoda, Chancellor to our chancery office.
2. Saint Josaphat Eparchy will forward the case to Archeparchial Tribunal of Philadelphia.
3. The Judge of the Archeparchial Tribunal of Philadelphia will contact the interested parties directly.
