Unless otherwise stipulated, the copies of the documents should be submitted to the Pastor/Administrator of the applicant’s parish/mission to be kept on file there as well as mailed to the eparchy’s Safe Environment Coordinator, Rev. Lubomir Zhybak at the following address (all the costs connected with the obtaining and mailing of the documents are to be covered by the individual’s parish/mission):
