On March 3, 2019 parishioners of St. Basil Ukrainian Catholic Church in Charlotte, N.C., welcomed Bishop Bohdan Danylo. Bishop Bohdan celebrated Divine Liturgy for the Sunday of Forgiveness, preparing the faithful for Great Lent. Also at the Liturgy was Bishop Peter Jugis of the Diocese of Charlotte, in whose diocese St. Basil has grown and flourished with his support and the support of local Catholics of both Western and Eastern traditions.
