We received the sad news of passing into eternity of +Yaroslav Zhybak, father of Reverend Lubomir Zhybak.
Please, keep in your kind prayers the soul of Yaroslav Zhybak (74), father of Fr. Lubomyr Zhybak, who died unexpectedly on July 7, 2020 in the town of Tysmenytsia of Ivano-Frankivsk region in Ukraine. Originally from the village of Strupkiv of Kolomyia county of Ivano-Frankivsk region (born on May 20, 1946), he lived most of his life in Tysmenytsia and was a chemical engineer by occupation. Fr. Lubomyr’s Dad leaves behind his dear wife Myroslava (a doctor), to whom he was married for over 45 years, daughter Olha (also a doctor), daughter-in-law Nataliya, grandsons Svyatoslav, Iulian, and Ivan, and numerous other family members both in Ukraine and abroad. Yaroslav was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Tysmenytsia.
The funeral is to take place on Wednesday, July 8 followed by interment at a local cemetery in Tysmenytsia.
